International patents registry
We developed, for Current Science Group, a process to convert the International Patents
Document Registry database from an old IBM system (of 33 million records) into a new
Oracle relational database (also designed by us).
En-route the old data items were validated, filtered, cross referenced and re-organised
into a form more useful for research purposes.
News coding database
We developed, for Reuters, a process to convert their international company coding database
from Oracle on VAX/VMS, to a Tandem Guardian database for the world news editorial systems.

The Northern Ireland Antenatal Service patient testing system required
the migration of many years-worth of complex, sensitive data in a secure and reliable manner.
Blood Bank Management System - "Bank Manager"
This product includes a suite of programs to convert historic patient, blood sample and transfusion data
from older systems into Bank Manager's new, and more comprehensive, MySQL database.
The conversion can be run repeatedly to allow data cleansing and verification
before the application goes "live".
